Meet The Founder

Christi Nieves is an accomplished hospitality and events professional with a rich background in luxury catering, high-end event production, and media. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Hospitality Management at Florida International University’s prestigious Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management—one of the top programs in the country.

With over five years of hands-on experience in the event industry, Christi has successfully coordinated and managed events for elite clients, brands, and organizations. She has worked with industry leaders like Le Basque Catering & Events, where she managed luxury weddings, galas, and private affairs, and Haus of Blacc, where she leads planning for bespoke corporate events and leadership retreats. Her responsibilities have included everything from client consultations, timeline creation, and vendor management to on-site production, budget planning, and post-event analysis.

Christi’s career began in broadcasting, giving her a deep understanding of storytelling, live production, and public-facing communication. She has worked behind the scenes on large-scale productions like Pitbull’s New Year’s Eve Revolution, the Latin Billboard Awards, and with NBC Telemundo, where she honed her skills in talent coordination, scheduling, and live event logistics.

Her diverse background makes her a rare blend of creative and operational—a planner who understands the big picture while mastering the smallest details. She is known for her calm under pressure, her bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish), and her ability to create experiences that are both beautifully curated and logistically flawless.

Whether orchestrating a 300-guest black-tie affair or a small VIP gathering, Christi brings professionalism, innovation, and warmth to every step of the planning process. She believes in designing events that are not only visually stunning, but also deeply meaningful and authentically tailored to her clients’ stories.

When she’s not planning events, Christi enjoys exploring Miami’s culinary scene, volunteering at local community organizations, and continuing her education in wine studies, leadership, and event technology.
